- Jeff Aston, with over 27 years of winemaking expertise and experience in Georgia (the birthplace of wine), will guide you through the evening, sharing his knowledge on ancient winemaking traditions and how they connect to the future of regenerative viticulture in NSW. Jeff’s commitment to environmental sustainability is evident in every bottle, as he champions methods that restore and protect natural ecosystems.
- Kyiv Social, a Plate It Forward initiative, is not just a restaurant—it’s a social enterprise that supports displaced Ukrainians and helps fight food insecurity. For every meal served, Kyiv Social donates meals to those in need, both locally in Sydney and in Ukraine. The evening will blend this mission of community support with Tractorless Vineyard’s environmental commitment, highlighting the importance of social and environmental sustainability.

Jeff is a legend…Tractorless Vineyard’s aim is to reduce their resource use by the integration of natural farming systems in their vineyards.
This will provide a more long-term, sustainably balanced and diverse farming system that can continue to produce award-winning cool climate wines in the Southern Highlands, NSW.
Embracing a combination of biodynamic techniques coupled with the integration of animal systems in vineyards – namely their star Tractorless Vineyard sheep – they hope to take our wines into another level of long-term sustainability and increasing wine quality.
