At Tractorless Vineyard, our premium cool-climate wines—from classics like Riesling, Shiraz Cabernet, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay to our more adventurous expressions such as Aleatico Moscato and Nebbiolo—are shaped by a deep commitment to regenerative farming and natural winemaking.
By combining biodynamic principles with the integration of sheep throughout our vineyards, we’ve transformed not only our own sites but have also supported neighbouring growers on their journey toward long-term sustainability and improved wine quality. Healthier soils, balanced ecosystems and low-intervention winemaking lie at the heart of every bottle we produce.
To reflect this continual progression toward more natural, resilient and expressive winegrowing, Tractorless Vineyard wines are presented in three interconnected series, each representing a different stage of regenerative maturity—from early-stage transformation, to creative evolution, through to fully realised sustainability.

Our starting point for regeneration.
The Unhoofed Series exists to support vineyards at the beginning of their regenerative journey. These wines come from blocks and styles that are still evolving—trial areas, early conversions, and innovative techniques finding their feet. By giving these developing vineyards and wine styles a commercial home, we’re able to fund and accelerate the shift away from industrial agriculture and towards healthier soils, livestock integration, and low-impact winemaking. Without Unhoofed, many of these vineyards or emerging styles would never have the chance to grow into fully sustainable expressions.

The Creators Series showcases wines from vineyards that are well on their way to sustainability. Here, chemicals have been removed, natural soil-building has begun, and our winemaking focuses on minimal intervention and wild ferments. This series is where we explore deeper complexity, structure, and character—expressions shaped not just by fruit, but by the regenerative techniques taking root in the vineyard. Creators wines celebrate curiosity, craftsmanship, and the creative transition between early-stage change and full regenerative maturity.Our Creators Series is a result of our desire to create experimental wines displaying deep complexity, structure and interest beyond the layers given by the fruit itself.

The Sustainable Series represents the pinnacle of our farming and winemaking philosophy—vineyards that have undergone 5–6 years of regenerative transformation using biodynamic principles. These wines are grown in living, resilient ecosystems and crafted naturally with wild yeasts, no fining agents, and minimal intervention. They embody purity, intensity, and the depth that only healthy soils and balanced systems can deliver. This is the ultimate expression of Tractorless Vineyard’s commitment to sustainable, regenerative wine.
